Seema Threja Kathuria

Seema Threja Kathuria provides leading companies with advice on all aspects of executive leadership. Based in Chicago, Seema focuses on transformational leadership issues ranging from succession planning, Next Gen CEO, Board alignment and talent of the future. She conducts searching for leading company executives, including CEOs and Presidents, along with heads of communication, customer experience and commercial products. She lends her expertise to clients ranging from Fortune 500 firms to private equity and family led companies. Seema also counsels CEOs across transformation of their corporate communications and corporate affairs function and the need to strategically manage corporate reputation across stakeholders.

Seema has completed countless assignments during her 15 years at Russell Reynolds Associates. She recently led the CEO succession process for a global hospitality company and the creation of a board for a global legacy company. Before joining our firm, Seema was a consultant at CSC. Her career also included marketing, sales and strategy roles at Pfizer and Ford Motor Company.
