Julia McGeorge

Julia McGeorge is a senior member of the Industrial, Aerospace and Defense Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. She lead searches across a variety of functions, including general management, human resources, financial officers, business development and government relations. Over the last decade, Julia has also contributed to numerous CEO searches and CEO succession projects, as well as board director searches. She is based in Washington, DC.

Julia brings nearly two decades of experience, including 15 years of global executive search experience gained at another internationally recognized executive search firm. Her corporate background includes helping build the internal executive search capability at Danaher, a Fortune 200 company, as a member of the corporate talent acquisition team. Julia began her career in the public sector, serving as a staff assistant in the Office of Presidential Personnel at the White House, and as a defense fellow at the US Department of Defense, where she received the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service.
