Russell Reynolds Associates Strengthens its Private Capital Practice with New Partner Pawel Baranowski

Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) today announced that Pawel Baranowski has joined the firm as a core member of its Private Capital practice. Based in Poland, Pawel will be majoring in Industrial and Natural Resources.   

He brings more than 20 years’ experience in leadership advisory and strategic consultancy. Prior to joining, Pawel was a principal in the consumer and industrial practices at a global executive search firm, where he worked with clients on both executive search and executive assessment projects, advising companies on succession planning, management appraisals, and leadership transitions. Previously, he was with Avon Cosmetics holding several senior strategy and operational roles across CEE, CSE and CE, before advancing to the position of General Manager Nordic Markets and Lithuania. He began his career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Pawel studied psychology at the University of Warsaw and holds an MA in finance and banking, marketing, and management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
