Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Patrick Mooney

Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) today announced the appointment of Patrick Mooney as a Consultant in the firm’s Healthcare practice. 

Based in London, Patrick brings more than two decades of experience in recruiting senior executives across a range of functional backgrounds – including R&D, technical operations, and general management.

He focuses on advising biopharmaceutical companies on key leadership appointments from senior management through to board-level positions. He also supports clients within the consumer healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical fields.

Previously senior client partner at a global executive search firm, Patrick developed a significant track record as an advisor to US-headquartered biopharmaceutical companies, helping them build European leadership teams ahead of regulatory approval and product launch. Before that, he was a director at a boutique life sciences search firm and began his search career as a research analyst with a management consultancy search boutique.
