Based in New York, she specializes in executive searches for private equity, banking, and corporate clients. She has completed searches across various sectors for private equity investment professionals, private equity operating partners, coverage and product investment and corporate bankers, and corporate development/M&A-focused leaders.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rainie worked at a financial services-focused boutique search firm in New York. She completed searches for private equity, credit, and corporate firms across a broad set of geographies, levels, and functions, with a particular focus on private equity investment professional searches. Before that, she worked at the National Football League as a client relationship manager in the sponsorship group.
