Brad helps CEOs and CHROs hire exceptional leaders, build high-performing teams, develop talent, and plan for succession. Based in Atlanta, he leads the HR Practice in the Southeast, spanning Executive Search (hiring world-class leaders), Leadership Development (accelerating performance of individuals and teams), and Organizational Effectiveness (designing optimal ways of working). He is known as a thought leader on talent strategy, business transformation, career planning, and the use of Artificial Intelligence in HR.
Brad works with public, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies across technology, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. Across his career, he has founded and built technology companies and served in leadership roles at Gartner/CEB, Oracle, World 50, and Russell Reynolds Associates. He holds a B.S. in Business with a minor in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
Outside of RRA, Brad serves on the board of Hope Heals—an organization supporting individuals experiencing disability—and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Atlanta HR Leadership Forum, and an advising member of World 50.
