Brad Pugh advises CEOs and CHROs on executive hiring, talent strategy, and organizational design. He leads the Human Resources Practice in southern US and has led the Atlanta office at Russell Reynolds Associates, with a focus on three key areas: Executive Search to hire world-class leaders, Development to accelerate performance of individuals and teams, and Organizational Effectiveness to design optimal ways of working. Brad is widely regarded as a thought partner on talent strategy, business transformation, career planning, and the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in leadership.
Over his career, Brad has helped build technology companies as a founder and advisor, supported C-suite leaders across the U.S. and Asia, and led engagements with public, private, and private equity-backed organizations including Oracle, World 50, and Russell Reynolds Associates.

He holds a B.S. in Business with a minor in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
Outside of work, Brad serves on the board of Hope Heals, where he volunteers alongside his family, and is active in the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Atlanta HR Leadership Forum, and as an Advising Member to World 50.
