Our Overview for 2022

We wish to connect to the largest community of directors in Asia Pacific, across industries and organizations in this virtual forum to share what we have learned and to make sense of corporate governance in the new era.

We aim to bring together the thinking that makes governance successful and to create a spirit of sharing amongst boards across the region that collectively elevates the organizations in the region on corporate governance.

What is the board’s role in managing and developing and succession planning for the CEO?

Leading through Crisis
Should a board’s role in crisis differ from that under normal circumstances? What can we learn from best practices in the region and around the world for boards leading through crisis?
