Tory Clark conducts searches for C-suite executives and advises boards of social impact organizations. She specializes in working with leading organizations in the fields of social justice, global development, environment, family philanthropy, community development and education. Tory is also a member of the Social Justice and Global Development Practices and is based in Atlanta.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tory was Vice Consul & Investment Officer for the UK Department for International Trade (DIT). While at DIT, she consulted for leadership teams at US companies on their international expansion strategies, and closely supported and advised those entering into or expanding within the UK market. She previously worked for the World Trade Center Savannah, planning overseas business development missions recruiting international business leaders and foreign direct investment.
Education & Affiliations
Tory attended Kenyon College, where she earned her BA in international studies with a concentration in political science. Following graduation, she received a Fulbright Scholarship to work and study in Kastamonu, Turkey, and a US Department of State Critical Language Scholarship to study at Izmir University of Economics in Turkey. Tory also spent many years volunteering with the Central Eurasian Leadership Academy and Middle East Leadership Academy.
