Loren Arbov

Based in New York as part of our Financial Services practice, Loren brings more than a decade of experience across transaction banking, cash management, and global financial markets. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead within complex financial institutions and works with organizations to identify and place the leaders who can drive growth and transformation.

Loren joins Russell Reynolds from Goldman Sachs, where she built and led the Transaction Banking client service business from inception into a fully operational global function. In that role, she was responsible for hiring and developing a team from the ground up, while managing a broad portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across industries including global banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and financial institutions. That experience encompassing building organizations, developing talent, and serving complex client relationships is what she now brings to executive search. Earlier in her Goldman career, Loren gained broad exposure across global capital markets, deepening her understanding of financial services from multiple vantage points.
