Jerry Doaty

Based in New York, Jerry advises Boards, CEOs, and executive teams as they solve their most complex leadership challenges, including succession planning and talent development at the CEO and C-suite level. He partners with organizations to strengthen their leadership teams by identifying and developing leaders who will succeed over the long-term and accelerate organizational transformation. Jerry supports clients across industries and geographies, ranging from publicly-traded to privately-owned companies.

Jerry joined Russell Reynolds Associates while finishing his doctorate degree. He has conducted extensive research focusing on job performance, personality, and organizational culture. His work has been published in several of the top organizational psychology journals, and he has presented his research at leading professional conferences.
