Eric Tellier

Eric is a Consultant in the global Industrial & Natural Resources practice, with a specialty in Process Industries including metals & mining, chemicals & specialty materials, agribusiness & food ingredients, building materials and paper & packaging. He advises Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors, and public sector businesses on senior leadership and C-suite mandates, spanning CEO, COO, CHRO and other functional leaders, and brings a pragmatic, partnership-driven approach to candidate assessment and client strategy.

Prior to joining RRA, Eric worked across North American Industrial and Consumer sectors at a global executive search firm, where he led assignments that combined sector knowledge with deep functional expertise. Eric also has vast experience supporting leadership searches in Transportation & Logistics, including 3PL, rail and shipping.
