Blaire Lancaster

With over 20 years of commercial and leadership experience in the energy services and infrastructure sector, and a passion for building and developing long-term trusted relationships, Blaire partners with clients to deeply understand their strategic goals, organizational culture, opportunities and challenges so she can identify and assess transformative leaders who drive sustainable growth, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable impact.

Based in Calgary, AB as part of our Industrial & Natural Resources practice, Blaire has spent the majority of her 20-year career in Calgary working in the energy services and infrastructure industry in commercial development, business development and external relations/regulatory roles.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Blaire was Vice President of Commercial Development at Tidewater Midstream where she oversaw day-to-day commercial operations and was responsible for driving growth in the midstream business unit by negotiating long-term agreements with producers and contracting new natural gas processing infrastructure.

Prior to Tidewater, Blaire spent 10 years at Ferus Natural Gas Fuels developing the small-scale LNG industry in western and northern Canada. In her role as Vice President, Business Development and External Affairs, she was responsible for business development, sales, marketing & communications, Indigenous partnerships, regulatory and government relations. She has also held positions at Rainmaker Global Business Development, Calgary Economic Development and the Consulate General of Canada in Boston.

Blaire sits on the boards of WinSport and Canada Powered by Women, and is a member of the International Women’s Forum.
