Peter is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Asia Pacific Financial Services practice and is based in Hong Kong. He brings over 15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Leadership Advisory space from both search firms and the industry, making him a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients.
Before joining Russell Reynolds, Peter led the talent acquisition efforts for Schroders’ Hong Kong office, where he also double hatted as a regional HR Business Partner and was responsible for HR matters pertaining to the full employee life cycle. Having previously headed the Greater China Financial Services teams at various global recruitment firms, he has a holistic view of mandates where he blends talent strategy, succession planning and leadership assessment with top team buildouts.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of New South Wales in Australia. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
