Michael Quoia

Michael Quoia works with CEOs, CHROs, and heads of business units to assess and develop talent, build high performing teams, and accelerate talent readiness. Based in Chicago, he brings distinctive expertise in executive assessment and top team effectiveness as well as experience in succession planning, executive development, and culture change.

Michael works with clients across a range of industries, including technology, financial services, oil and gas, metals and mining, and diversified manufacturing.  He also serves private equity and venture capital investors and their portfolio companies.

Michael joined Russell Reynolds Associates from KSE Leadership, a boutique leadership consulting firm with a global reach. Previously, he was a partner at The Miles Group and before that, a partner at another global executive search firm.  Earlier in his career, Michael worked at McKinsey & Company and as an officer in the United States Navy.
