Meredith Rosenberg is a distinctive voice in the edTech sector and is the leader of the Global Digital Education and EdTech Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She advises global organization across the education sector on innovation, talent and transformational leadership issues.   She partners with larger public and smaller venture capital and private equity portfolio companies; content, software and technology providers; continuous learning and upskilling providers; for profit and nonprofit K-12 schools and higher education institutions. Meredith has a particular focus on bringing talent from outside of education in to the sector.   Additionally, Meredith is a key member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion advisory practice. 

Meredith was previously a Senior Vice President at Fullbridge Inc. before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. A venture-backed company, Fullbridge provided professional and business skills training through a hybrid online/in-person platform. She also co-founded the Global Student Loan Corporation, a private student loan company funding higher education for non-US citizens. Previously, Meredith was a Vice President at Yankee Group and a Senior Consultant in the Telecommunications and Media Strategy Practice of Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting.  Meredith also worked in the emerging economies of Prague and Kiev in the early 1990s.

Meredith recently stepped down as a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University. Currently, Meredith is an “Expert in Residence” in EdTech at The Wharton School, a member of the Philanthropy Trust of Boston Medical Center, a Trustee of The Perkins School and a member of the Board of Advisors of The Fletcher School.
Meredith received her AB from Cornell University, MBA from The Wharton School and MALD from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
