Matt Meladossi

Matthew Meladossi is a senior member of the Consumer Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in New York, he has more than 15 years of experience in leadership advisory, succession planning and recruitment within global, multi-brand organizations.

Over the course of his career, Matt has worked extensively within the fashion, beauty, and eCommerce sectors and utilizes his background in law to provide effective communication with internal and external partners.

Matt was previously an executive director of global talent management and HR business partner for the Estée Lauder Companies. In that role, he led talent mobility and executive recruitment for the global eCommerce and digital technology teams delivering hires in key general management and functional leadership roles. Before that, he spent a decade at Coach Inc in a variety of leadership positions in talent acquisition and human resources. He began his career as a paralegal at a law firm in New York City.
