Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Kaitlin was a Vice President at Guggenheim Partners, she provided expert advisory services to healthcare companies and their stakeholders, specializing in M&A transactions.

Before joining Guggenheim, she gained valuable experience at BNP Paribas and Truist Securities, where she played a pivotal role in advising and executing M&A and capital markets transactions across the Health Services, MedTech, and BioPharma sectors.

With expertise extending beyond transactional advisory to encompass a holistic understanding of the healthcare industry, Kaitlin brings a unique perspective and a proven track record of success to her clients.
