Sustainable Leadership Course: Mindsets and Skill Sets to Drive Purpose and Impact

We are delighted to join forces for a third year with faculty from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management Sustainability Initiative in April 2024. Our co-led three-day immersive Sustainable Leadership Course equips CEOs and C-suite leaders with the skills they need to pivot their organizations toward a sustainable future.

Are you leading the sustainability agenda within your organization?  This course will help you think through your journey, plan for implementation, and engage internal and external stakeholders.

Who can attend: This program is open to CEOs and C-suite leaders across industries.

Certificate: Participants will receive a Sustainable Leadership Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan Executive Education.

Jason Jay  

Jason Jay | Director of the Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan

Jason teaches courses on leadership, strategy, and innovation for sustainable business. His research focuses on how people navigate the tensions inherent in the quest for sustainability, as they simultaneously pursue their own self interest and the flourishing of human and other life. This work includes deep case studies of cross-sectoral collaboration and hybrid organizations that combine social and business goals.

 

 


 

John Sterman  

John Sterman | Director of the MIT System Dynamics Group and the MIT Sloan Sustainability Initiative

John’s research centers on improving decision-making in complex systems, including corporate strategy and operations, energy policy, public health, environmental sustainability, and climate change. His work ranges from the dynamics of organizational change to the implementation of sustainability programs and beyond. Sterman pioneered the development of “management flight simulators” of corporate and economic systems, which are now used by corporations, universities, and governments around the world.
