Shannon joined Russell Reynolds Associates after 15 years at Duke Corporate Education, where she designed and delivered global executive education programs for Fortune 200 companies. Shannon’s research and teaching centered around communication, influence and complex stakeholder management. Shannon worked in more than a dozen countries and led business development for North America.
Shannon holds a BS in Business Administration and Management and a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Columbia Teachers College, with a focus in Change Leadership.
