Russell Reynolds Associates Welcomes Saeri Sone

Tokyo, November 24, 2023 —Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global leadership advisory firm, today announced that Saeri Sone has joined the firm as a senior partner in the Consumer Practice. Based in Tokyo, Sone brings a wealth of experience to our Private Capital and Consumer Industry clients.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sone worked as a Senior Partner at a leading global organizational consulting firm for more than 25 years, engaged in both executive search and advisory consulting for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 corporations, and venture-backed start-up organizations in consumer sectors, including retail, packaged goods, consumer healthcare, beauty, food service, travel and hospitality, and consumer technology.

Sone also specializes in the recruitment of Legal (General Counsel/CLO) and Financial (CFO) professionals.

Sone holds a postgraduate degree (Hons) in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.
