AMERICAS

AIG

• James Dunne III left the role as Independent Director role. Thomas Dawson Stoddard joined the Board as Independent Director.

Allstate

• Judith Sprieser retired from the Board of Directors as Independent Director.

Arch Capital

• David Gansberg left his role as President of Arch Capital.

• Maamoun Rajeh will succeed David Gansberg with an expanded role. Rajeh, who most recently oversaw Arch’s Reinsurance and Mortgage segments, will also take on responsibility for Arch’s Insurance as President. Rajeh will continue to report to CEO Nicolas Papadopoulo.

• Michael Schmeiser was promoted to CEO of Arch Global Mortgage Group, reporting to Arch President Maamoun Rajeh.

• Jerome Halgan was promoted to CEO of Arch Global Reinsurance Group; he previously served as President and CUO of Arch Reinsurance Group.

AXIS

• Anthony Izzo joined AXIS as Chief Commercial Officer, joining from Everest where he was EVP and Group Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Izzo will report to Vince Tizzio, President and CEO.

• Pradip Patiath, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, was appointed to the Board of Directors, serving on the Risk and the Human Capital and Compensation Committees.

Chubb

• Sheila Burke departed as Independent Director.

• Kevin Rampe was named SVP, Chubb Group, Global Claims Officer, retaining his responsibilities as Head of North America Claims. He will report to Evan G. Greenberg, Chairman and CEO, and John Keogh, President and COO.

Everest

• Elias Habayeb was named EVP and Group CFO, succeeding Mark Kociancic, who became a Special Advisor.

• Gerald Haase was named EVP, Solutions, transitioning from EVP and Division CEO.

• John Wilcox moved to SVP, Head of Strategy, from SVP, Head of Corporate Development.

General Reinsurance

• Eric Kasir was appointed Chief Information Officer, having previously served as Chief Security Officer.

• Frank Schmid was appointed Senior Advisor, having previously served as CTO.

• Ed Nosenzo was appointed CFO.

Liberty Mutual

• Vlad Barbalat was appointed President, Global Risk & Capital Solutions, while continuing to serve as Chief Investment Officer.

• Adam Winn and Patrizio Urciuoli were appointed Co-Presidents Liberty Mutual Investments and continuing to report to Vlad Barbalat.

• Jacqui Canney, ServiceNow’s Chief People and AI Enablement Officer, was elected to the Board of Directors.

Lincoln National Corporation

• Andy Rallis, EVP and CRO, and Brian Kroll, EVP and President of Retail Life and Annuity Solutions, retired.

• Curtis Chesney was promoted to EVP, President of Annuities, reporting to CEO Ellen Cooper.

• Darrel Tedrow was promoted to EVP, President of Life Insurance and Retail Shared Services, reporting to CEO Ellen Cooper.

• Paul Spurr was promoted to EVP, CRO and Chief Actuary.

Manulife

• Rahul Joshi retired as COO. Shamus Weiland was appointed to an expanded remit as Chief Technology & Operations Officer.

• Patrick Graham was appointed President & CEO, Manulife Canada, having previously served as CEO of Manulife Hong Kong & Macau.

• Wilton Kee succeeds Patrick Graham as CEO, Manulife Hong Kong & Macau. He was previously Deputy CEO and CFO Manulife Hong Kong & Macau.

• Jodie Wallis, Chief AI Officer, began reporting directly to CEO Phil Witherington and joined the Executive Leadership Team with expanded scope over AI and enterprise data.

• Karen Leggett, Global Chief Marketing Officer, announced her intention to retire.

Marsh

• Mark McGivney, currently CFO, will assume additional roles as EVP and COO for Marsh.

Nationwide

• Dan Schurr will join the Board of Directors of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. In connection with the role, he stepped down from the CHS Board.

Progressive

• Lori Niederst was appointed Chief Personal Lines Officer, a newly created role overseeing Personal Lines and CRM operations.

• Patrick Callahan will leave his role as Personal Lines President.

Prudential

• Sir Douglas Flint moved from Chair Designate to Chair.

• Senior Independent Director Jeremy Anderson joined the Remuneration Committee.

Reinsurance Group of America (RGA)

• Laura Cockrill was named EVP and CFO, succeeding Axel André, who left the company. Laura Cockrill previously served as Chief Strategy Officer RGA.

Selective Insurance Group

• Joseph Eppers left the role of EVP and Chief Investment Officer to join Ascot Group as Group Chief Investment Officer and a member of its Global Executive Committee. Vaibhav Kalia has taken the role of Chief Investment Officer Selective Insurance ad interim.

Truist Financial

• Catherine Bessant was appointed to the Board of Directors, and joined the Risk Committee.

• Michael P. Lyons was appointed CEO. Michael P. Lyons succeeds Bill Rogers, who will become executive chair. Bill Rogers will serve in that role until his planned retirement in April 2027.

Unum Group

• Kristi Matus was elected to the Board of Directors and appointed to the Audit Committee and the Risk and Finance Committee.

Willis Towers Watson (WTW)

• WTW has appointed Spike Lipkin as Chief AI Officer and Gordon Wintrob as Head of AI Acceleration, both reporting directly to Carl Hess, WTW’s CEO.

APAC

FWD Group

• Siddhartha Sankaran left his role as Group CFO and COO.

• Mark Bensman was appointed Chief Officer, FWD High Net Worth. He joined from Manulife, where he served as Chief Distribution Officer for 18 years and built its high-net-worth business.

• Jeffrey Woo was appointed President Director of FWD Indonesia, following Financial Services Authority approval. He previously served as Chief Bancassurance Officer at FWD Thailand and brought over 20 years of experience in financial services and life insurance.

MSIG

• MSIG USA appointed Darin Conselyea as CHRO. She previously worked at Guardian as Head of People Operations & Talent Acquisition.

Ping An

• Fangfang Cai resigned as Executive Director and committee member. She joined Ping An in 2007, and has been an Executive Director of Ping An Group since 2014, having held roles such as Vice CFO and CHRO.

• Ping An Insurance Company of China announced that the Company ceased to establish a supervisory committee. Accordingly, Sun Jianyi, Zhu Xinrong, Liew Fui Kiang, Hung Ka Hai Clement and Wang Zhiliang have retired as supervisors of the Company.

Prudential

• Prudential Health India appointed Amit Dave as CEO and MD, succeeding Amar Joshi. He reported to regional CEO Naveen Tahilyani.

• Abhishek Saraf was appointed COO of Prudential Health India.

QBE

• Kathryn Lisson left the role of Independent Non-Executive Director.

• Michael Wilkins left the role of Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director.

• Yasmin Allen was appointed Group Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director.

• Andy Tsui was appointed Corporate Underwriting Head for Hong Kong and Macau, also leading QBE’s People Risk proposition across Asia.

• Christopher Harris was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director.

• Callum O’Brien was appointed Head of Protection & Indemnity in Asia, based in Singapore.

• Henry MacHale was appointed CUO and Head of Strategy for International Markets, reporting to Alessa Quane, CEO, International Markets. He joined from Aspen, where he served as Group Chief Strategy Officer.

• Bart Van Gysegem was appointed Country Manager, Insurance for Belgium and the Netherlands, reporting to Ralph Brand, President, Insurance, Continental Europe and Turkey. He joined from Aon, where he served as Managing Director of the Belux Major Accounts segment.
