Will Fuller, President & CEO of Transamerica, was appointed President and COO, effective January 2027, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of Transamerica, Aegon’s International businesses, and Aegon Asset Management. The move comes amid Aegon’s planned relocation of its head office and legal seat to the US.
Corien Wortmann-Kool retired as Vice Chairwoman and Independent Board Member. Leni Boeren was appointed to the Board.
Kai-Frank Buechter and Tracy-Lee Kus were appointed co-CEOs of EMEA, with Buechter overseeing Continental Europe and North Africa and Kus overseeing the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and the Middle East. They succeeded Julie Page, who became Chair of EMEA through 2026 and then a senior advisor into 2027.
Pedro Penalva was named CEO of Latin America, succeeding Alejandro Galizia, who became Chair of Latin America through 2026 and then a senior advisor into 2027.
Sébastien Dessillons was appointed Head of Development and joined the Executive Committee.
Marie-Ange Debon-Jay was appointed Board Member and Senior Director.

Russell Büsst was appointed CEO of Generali Asset Management. He previously served as CEO and Chief Investment Officer for the European operations of Conning, part of Generali Investments.
Filippo Casagrande, Chief of Investments of Generali Investments and, since March 2025, Chair of Generali Investments Luxembourg, was appointed General Manager, a newly created role aimed at strengthening GenAM’s executive leadership structure.
Both appointments came as the mandate of the current CEO of Generali Asset Management, Bruno Servant, concluded.

Zoe Wimborne was appointed Group CRO, succeeding Chris Knight, who stepped down after 17 years with L&G to become Director of Insurance at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
David Cole and Pauline van der Meer Mohr were reappointed, and Irine Gaasbeek was appointed, as members of the Supervisory Board.
Annemiek van Melick was reappointed vice-chair of the Executive Board and CFO of NN Group.
Jacques Aigrain and Jean-François Lequoy were appointed to the Board of Directors.
Thomas Saunier, representative of Holding Malakoff Humanis, stepped down from the Board as his term of office expired at the close of the Combined Shareholders’ Meeting.
Luisa Deplazes Delgado and Patrick Frost were elected to the Board of Directors. Long-standing Board members Henry Peter and Adrienne Corboud Fumagalli stepped down.

Anna Ziswiler was appointed Head of P&C Reinsurance for Southeast Asia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea.
Dean Galligan was appointed Head of Transactions for L&H Reinsurance, joining from Phoenix Group, where he served as Chief Capital Officer and Group Executive Committee member.
James Dunne III left the role as Independent Director role. Thomas Dawson Stoddard joined the Board as Independent Director.
Judith Sprieser retired from the Board of Directors as Independent Director.
David Gansberg left his role as President of Arch Capital.
Maamoun Rajeh will succeed David Gansberg with an expanded role. Rajeh, who most recently oversaw Arch’s Reinsurance and Mortgage segments, will also take on responsibility for Arch’s Insurance as President. Rajeh will continue to report to CEO Nicolas Papadopoulo.
Michael Schmeiser was promoted to CEO of Arch Global Mortgage Group, reporting to Arch President Maamoun Rajeh.
Jerome Halgan was promoted to CEO of Arch Global Reinsurance Group; he previously served as President and CUO of Arch Reinsurance Group.

Fangfang Cai resigned as Executive Director and committee member. She joined Ping An in 2007, and has been an Executive Director of Ping An Group since 2014, having held roles such as Vice CFO and CHRO.
Ping An Insurance Company of China announced that the Company ceased to establish a supervisory committee. Accordingly, Sun Jianyi, Zhu Xinrong, Liew Fui Kiang, Hung Ka Hai Clement and Wang Zhiliang have retired as supervisors of the Company.
Prudential Health India appointed Amit Dave as CEO and MD, succeeding Amar Joshi. He reported to regional CEO Naveen Tahilyani.
