Dan Cullen Joins Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Sector in Singapore

September25, 2023 (Singapore) – Leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) announced today that Dan Cullen has joined the firm as a key member of our global Technology Sector, based in Singapore. Cullen has more than 15 years of advisory experience, in the global technology industry, across both APAC and international markets. He consults C-Suite and boards on talent strategies and leadership development.

Cullen’s work in technology has involved regional and international CEO succession and team builds for both public and private equity backed organizations across Software, Hardware, Business & Professional Services and the Digital Infrastructure markets. He works extensively with private capital in the APAC region on advisory and human capital projects related to technology assets, digital transformation and emerging technology trends. Cullen has also acted as a key talent advisor for startup organizations entering APAC and building operations in ASEAN.

Cullen was most recently a consultant at another global firm specializing in leadership and executive management searches. He was the Managing Partner for Technology across the APAC and Middle East geographies and previously operated as the Managing Partner, Singapore.

Dan holds a M.A in Modern History from Wadham College at The University of Oxford.
