Zoë Gibson is a senior member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners, where she works on a wide range of senior executive and non-executive appointments predominantly in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Based in London, she is a trusted client advisor with a track record for innovative ideas and quality service.
Zoe joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership team became a part of the firm in 2017. As a Senior Consultant, she was responsible for high-level recruitment of Chief Executive, Chairman and Non-Executive Director positions. Zoë began her executive search career at The Zygos Partnership, joining as a Research Associate and holding positions of progressive seniority over her 14-year tenure.
Zoe holds a BA in European studies from Trinity College at the University of Dublin, a Certificat d’Etudes Politiques Européennes from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg, and an MSc in the history of international relations from the London School of Economics.
Zoë is a Governor of St Matthew's Primary School and Nursery in Wimbledon.
