Paul Stohr


Based in Minneapolis, Paul Stohr works with leading organizations across the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. He leads the Automotive/Mobility Practice for the firm globally and is a member of the Energy and Supply Chain Practices. Paul is also a member of the Board and CEO Advisory Partners group. He is a trusted client advisor, working primarily across the automotive, energy, industrial equipment and renewable energy sectors. Paul also specializes in helping leading companies navigate the various aspects of digital transformation, from commercial/omnichannel to R&D/technology to broad IoT transformation.

Previous Experience


Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Paul spent 16 years in various roles with Cummins, Inc. Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Energy Solutions Business, where he led a global business focused on turnkey power solutions. In this role, Paul managed sales, marketing, channel development, product development and business strategy. Hel also led the development of power project joint ventures, project finance solutions, and he managed a portfolio of renewable and clean energy projects. Previously, at Cummins, Paul founded the Latin American business in Energy Solutions, while living in Brazil, and also worked in France as part of a joint venture with Wartsila NSD.

Education


Paul received his BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and his MBA from Duke University.
