Lauren Wachsman

Lauren Wachsman is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates' Technology, Financial Services and Corporate Officers Sectors. She works on a range of assignments for technology-enabled businesses with a keen focus on fintech, blockchain, and software including CEO, CFO, Corporate Development, Technology and Product leadership, and Board roles. Within Financial Services, Lauren helps place investors and investment bankers in technology, fintech, software, and consumer digital spaces. With particular specialization in technology and financial services, she is an active member of the firm's ESG Practice. Lauren is based between San Francisco and New York.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lauren was at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in their New York and London offices, most recently in foreign exchange and emerging market sales for the Macro Hedge Funds and Official Institutions team. Prior to that, she worked at BNP Paribas in London as an Associate in flow rates sales for UK-based asset managers, pension funds and insurance companies.
