Jackie Ross


Jackie is a senior member of the firm's Healthcare Sector and a founding member of the Health Tech Practice. She conducts search assignments for clients in venture-backed healthcare, with a focus on computational biology and precision medicine. With more than 20 years of experience building and managing executive networks, Jackie is especially passionate about discovering and matching talent with companies that are doing what has never been done before. She is based in San Francisco.

Previous Experience


Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jackie spent four years as Vice President of Life Sciences at Gerson Lehrman Group, a professional services firm that connects life sciences companies to KOLs, clinicians, payers and industry executives for consulting and recruitment engagements. Earlier, she led business development for World 50, a firm that hosts exclusive and confidential meetings for the world’s top executives. Jackie also spent several years in client services with CEB (now Gartner), a research and advisory firm, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated confidential networking for Fortune 1000 heads of marketing.

Education & Affiliations


Jackie holds a BA in English and sociology from Vanderbilt University and completed the Executive Leadership Program through the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She is also a mentor for Upwardly Global, helping skilled immigrants rebuild their careers in the US, and a court-appointed special advocate for the foster care system.
