Jackie leads CEO, board and other executive-level search and talent assignments in biopharma and health tech, with a focus on computational biology and precision medicine. As founder of the Russell Reynolds Associates' Black Leaders in Biotech initiative and an active member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Practice, Jackie is passionate about discovering and matching leaders from diverse backgrounds with companies that are doing what has never been done before. She is especially experienced at working with founder-led and venture-backed startups.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Jackie spent four years as vice president of life sciences at Gerson Lehrman Group, a professional services firm that connects life sciences companies to KOLs, clinicians, payers and industry executives for consulting and recruitment engagements. Earlier, she led business development for World 50, a firm that hosts exclusive and confidential meetings for the world's top executives. Jackie also spent several years in client services with CEB (now Gartner), a research and advisory firm, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated confidential networking for Fortune 1000 heads of marketing.
EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS
Jackie holds a BA in English and sociology from Vanderbilt University and completed the Executive Leadership Program through the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She also served as a mentor for Upwardly Global, helping skilled immigrants rebuild their careers in the US, and as a court-appointed special advocate for children in the foster care system.
