Gabriel Czembor

Gabriel Czembor works closely with industrial goods and services companies to recruit top talent for senior leadership and board appointments. Based in Munich, Gabriel works with diversified industrial companies and the mobility sector as part of the Industrial Sector and the Board CEO Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. He also works closely with private equity companies to recruit for executive-level roles. Recent searches include C-suite leaders, along with general management, technology, engineering operational and sales roles from a number of industrial companies ranging from multinational to startups.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Gabriel worked in research for two leading international executive search firms. In parallel to his education, he founded, built and eventually sold an e-commerce business. In his leisure time Gabriel is a competitive road cyclist and triathlete.
