David Lange is a core member of the firm’s Leadership & Succession group. He focuses primarily on leading the global executive development services, partnering with organizations across sectors to help enhance top leadership performance. With more than 20 years of experience of global executive development, cultural transformation and management consulting, David brings an unmatched depth of insight to his client work. He is based in New York.
David joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a leading global executive search firm, where he was a Senior Client Partner. In this role, he was a leadership development regional market leader specializing in executive development, top team facilitation and coaching, and customized immersive programs. Previously, David worked in Portland and Budapest as a Partner at a global consulting firm, where he was responsible for expanding service offerings into the European market. He was also a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. He began his career in management consulting and executive search in Hungary, then spent close to 10 years in senior executive development, culture advisory and D&I strategy.

David holds a BA in international relations from the University of Virginia and an MBA from INSEAD Paris. He speaks English, Hungarian, French and German.
