With 15 years of experience in business development and client management, Christine is a dedicated advisor who leverages deep market insights, emphasizes diversity and executes for results. She specializes in assessing top talent across geographies and sectors and has particular expertise in recruiting dynamic leaders for technology, consumer and healthcare companies. Recent assignments include a CFO for a venture-backed biotech company, a head of executive search for a leading Bay Area technology company and a chief accounting officer for a high-growth software company. She is based in San Francisco.
Christine joined Russell Reynolds Associates after six years with Box, where she was a senior business development manager. In this role, she actively advanced strategic partnerships with Box’s most influential partners including Microsoft, Apple and Google. Prior to this, Christine was an associate at BlackRock, where she developed relationships with and oversaw investments for institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations and endowments in the US and Canada. Christine began her career as an analyst in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley, where she managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals in New York and San Francisco.
