Bruno Bolzan is a senior member of the firm’s Leadership and Succession Practice, based in New York. Leveraging a deep background in human resource management and executive search, he partners with clients across industries and geographies to deliver tailored executive assessment, leadership development and succession planning solutions. Bruno is a trusted client advisor, specialized in guiding boards and senior executives on how to build top leadership teams.
Bruno joined Russell Reynolds Associates close to 20 years ago in the Paris office, as a Consultant in the Financial Officers Practice and Consumer Finance Sector. He later transitioned to the human resources function and served as the firm’s Chief Human Capital Officer for more than a decade, based in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Bruno was with GE Capital, first in M&A in Amsterdam and later in Paris as Country Manager for France. His earlier career was in finance and marketing, working at organizations including JPMorgan and the French Chamber of Commerce in Toronto.
Education & Affiliations
Bruno holds a BA in business administration and marketing from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris and an MBA with concentrations in finance, marketing, organizational behavior and management policy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He speaks fluent English and French, and is proficient in Italian.
