Brad Pugh is a senior member of the Corporate Officers and Human Resources practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. He also leads the Atlanta office for the firm. Brad has successfully completed searches for Chief HR Officers, Chief Talent Officers and Heads of Total Rewards of Fortune 50, private equity-backed and family-owned companies. He works closely with clients across a range of industries and sectors, including but not limited to software, consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, insurance and private equity.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad was a Managing Director at World 50. As the leader of Human Resource 50, a private community of C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies, Brad facilitated peer-to-peer learning, moderated conversations with world-class leaders and guided the growth of this exclusive community. He also managed and launched the CHRO successor development programs, Next HR50 and HR50x.
Previously, Brad worked at CEB (now Gartner Group) in Singapore as an Executive Advisor to HR executives from Fortune 500 companies throughout the US and Asia. Brad began his career at Oracle and founded several digital and e-commerce companies that created products for B2B and B2C customers.
