Brad Pugh is a core member of the firm’s Human Resources Practice and leads engagements for clients across all industries and geographies. Brad focuses on advising, assessing, recruiting and developing chief human resources officers, as well as senior talent management, compensation, benefits and HR generalist roles. Brad is based in Atlanta.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad was a Managing Director at World 50. As the leader of Human Resource 50, a private community of CHROs from Fortune 500 companies, Brad facilitated peer-to-peer learning, moderated conversations with world-class leaders and guided the growth of this exclusive community. He also managed and launched the CHRO development programs, Next HR50 and HR50x, which trained CHROs from many leading companies.
Previously, Brad worked at CEB (now Gartner Group) in Singapore, as an Executive Advisor to HR executives from Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and Asia. Brad began his career at Oracle, and founded several digital and e-commerce companies that created products for B2B and B2C customers. He is the author of “The Fit Factors,” a book that helps emerging talent develop their careers through a combination of HR strategies, goal setting and self-assessments.
Brad received his B.S. in Business and a minor in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
