Aimee Williamson is a business psychologist and member of our Leadership and Succession Practice, advising clients and providing insight in the areas of executive hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and the alignment between business strategy, culture and people. She leads the practice in Australia and is a member of the Asia/Pacific team.
Aimee has more than 15 years of leadership assessment and talent consulting experience, and has worked with clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and throughout Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Aimee engaged with clients in the areas of organizational capability, leadership development and talent management via her own consulting firm. Previously, Aimee spent seven years with SHL Group (now CEB), initially as a consultant and senior leader in Australia, before moving to Singapore where she was Vice President, Products for Asia/Pacific and later Managing Director, Asia. Aimee began her career in human resources, working with UBS and the Australian Government.
Aimee holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Master of Organizational Psychology from Macquarie University. She also holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
