Yaya Jaiteh believes that leadership performance breaks down when strategy, structure, and people fall out of sync. As the most effective leadership is both developed in people and built into the architecture around them, he designs leadership systems across executive roles, structures, and ways of working, while advising on the leadership and team development to make them real.
Based in London, he advises senior leaders and their teams globally on executive assessment, team effectiveness, inclusive leadership, and organizational change. His work is shaped by a broader transformation lens, helping organizations translate strategic ambition into the leadership, structure, and capability needed to execute and adapt.
As a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership Transformation and Organizational Architecture teams, he has helped shape the firm’s perspective in this space while supporting clients across sectors through growth, transformation, and leadership change.
Before joining Russell Reynolds, Yaya co-led a project team advising a large UK charity on performance management and related HR practices. He also gained experience in organizational development, change, and project management at a global NGO in Nigeria and served as a board member of a German NGO promoting inclusive pathways for marginalized groups.
