Based in Boston, Will leads Russell Reynolds’ North American Chemicals and Material Practice and is a core member of the Industrial team within our Process Industries Practice. He leverages his extensive industry knowledge and global network to deliver on critical leadership appointments, including board members, CEOs, presidents, and senior-level commercial, operations, product, and strategy executives.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Will was a key member of the Chemicals, Materials, and Packaging Practice at another global executive search firm. He previously spent eight years at Cabot Corporation as Commercial Director and Global Head of Business Development. Earlier, Will served as Global Segment Leader for Coatings and Digital Media and as Asia Pacific Strategy and Business Development Leader at W.R. Grace, based in Shanghai, China. He began his career at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong as part of the Equity Capital Markets team.
Will earned his MBA in Strategy and General Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
