Victoria Torell

Victoria Torell is a member of the firm’s global Financial Services Practice. She is a trusted client advisor, partnering with industry leaders to identify, assess, recruit and develop senior executive talent. Victoria leverages a deep financial services, strategy and investment background to provide market-leading insights and tailor human capital solutions to clients of all sizes and geographies. She is based in Stockholm.

Victoria joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Investor AB, where she was a Senior Associate in their Listed Core Investments team. In this role, she focused on strategy and M&A for Investor’s listed investments. Previously, Victoria spent more than four years as an Investment Professional at Swedish venture capital firm Fouriertransform. She began her career within investment banking at Citigroup, where she worked as an Analyst in both London and Stockholm.
