She has acquired more than a decade of experience in strategy and consulting and has become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading brands.

She specializes in conducting senior appointments for strategy, management consulting, and technology services companies in Europe. Valerie  leads RRA’s business and professional services practice in Germany and is a senior member of the industry practice.

Valerie joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Roland Berger, a leading global strategy consulting firm, where she spent more than eight years in the automotive practice. She focused on advising automotive OEMs, suppliers, and aftermarket players on strategy and business model development, digitisation, market approach, and organizational design. Valerie also worked with RölfsPartner Management Consultants and Schott.
