Tristan is a trusted advisor to boards and C-suites on transformation and change underpinned by digital innovation, including product, engineer, data and analytics, and cybersecurity. He also works closely with private equity firms to recruit senior leaders to portfolio companies.
After nearly 20 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, Tristan has established himself as a leading advisor to boards and CEOs on technology transformation. He is also the author of numerous thought pieces related to the evolution of technology and digital leadership. Previously, Tristan worked in executive search and assessment. Alongside a depth of expertise in board and CEO succession, Tristan has deep experience in functional technology and digital leadership work across all industries.
