Tomoki Masuda

Tomoki (Tomo) Masuda is a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Services, Private Equity and Board Practices. He provides leadership advisory services to senior management teams and boards across a broadrange of financial services sectors, including banking, insurance and asset management. Within the Private Equity Practice, he advises clients on searches for investment professionals as well as CxO searches for portfolio companies.

Tomo advises top-tier Japanese companies on senior-level executive search, CEO succession,leadership assessment and related advisory work, helping them strengthen leadership teams,enhance governance and support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tomo worked at another leading global executive search firm, where he led senior-level search assignments for multinational and Japanese clients.

In his early career, Tomo served as a Japanese government official at the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Services Agency, where he was seconded from the Ministry of Finance.
