Tobias Blickle

Tobias Blickle is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board and CEO Advisory Partners in Europe. He particularly focuses on board effectiveness reviews for both public and private clients, as well as developmental programs in the context of longer-term succession planning, strategic transformation, and IPO readiness across a wide array of industries. His most recent advisory projects include high-stake corporate governance issues and board builds for multinational corporations listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, DAX40, MDAX, OMX Copenhagen 25, and SMI.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Tobias spent several years as a strategy consultant in Berlin and New York and was primarily focused on developing transatlantic market entry strategies for highly innovative technology companies. During his tenure as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Board Officer of the continental European market leader for highly secure, SaaS-based board communication solutions, he was able to gain additional experience in operational management and board of directors work.
