Tatiana Palatchi

Tatiana Palatchi partners with retail and consumer companies to help them tackle their biggest executive search and leadership development goals. Based in Chicago, she is focused on C-suite roles across North America, including assignments for retail clients across luxury, specialty, fashion, mass, and lifestyle brands.

With a focus on brand, services and consumer-driven retailing, Tatiana has advised on CEO and board, president, merchandising, marketing, and sales talent solutions.

Tatiana brings her vast international search and advisory experience to each assignment. A former member of the Russell Reynolds Associates team in Spain, she spent six years advising clients across Europe and Africa before relocating to Chicago in 2021. Previously, Tatiana worked at another global executive search firm headquartered in London. In that role, she focused on senior-level consulting assignments for consumer clients in Spain and Latin America.
