Tatiana Mereb

Tatiana Mereb partners with clients across the Consumer, Private Capital, and Financial Officers practices to develop customized recruitment, interviewing, and hiring strategies. Based in São Paulo she has a broad range of experience in executive search, training new hires, business analysis, and sales.

Previously, Tatiana was an associate at a global executive search where she worked in the retail, private equity, and financial officers practices. In that role, she was responsible for multiple aspects of the executive search process, connecting companies with candidates who were aligned on culture, values, and purpose. Before that, Tatiana was an associate at 2GET Executive Search on the retail and consumer goods team. She has also held various roles at Fazen, a Monashees portfolio company in the agribusiness sector, and Procter and Gamble.
