Sophie is a member of the firm’s Assessment and Leadership development practice, based in Brussels. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, organizational transformation, and leadership development across Europe and South America, she advises clients in a broad range of sectors. Sophie specializes in executive assessments and development projects, as well as leadership and succession assignments, partnering with senior leaders to maximize organizational talent and drive meaningful impact.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Sophie was part of the leadership at a boutique consulting group specializing in digital transformation, where she led projects in organizational design, change management, and both individual and team coaching. Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing and commercial roles at Van de Velde and Continental AG. Recognized for her ability to build high-performing teams and embed sustainable change, Sophie has consistently contributed to effective, lasting results for the organizations and leaders she supports.
Sophie holds a Master’s in International Politics & Diplomacy and a Master’s in Roman Languages & Linguistics from the University of Antwerp.
