Her career spans consulting and senior in-house leadership roles, enabling her to apply psychological insight to the realities and complexities of executing leadership talent strategy within large organizations.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sara was Group Head of Talent and Capability for a global energy company. Earlier in her career, she led a UK-based leadership consultancy, and headed the assessment practice of an international consulting firm.
