Based in Mumbai, her areas of expertise include Talent Management, Organisational Development & Talent Acquisition across Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pooja spent eight and a half years at DCB Bank in a variety of roles in Human Resources. Her last role with the bank was as Group Vice President Human Resources. Pooja played a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience during her tenure through culture initiatives, talent development interventions and performance enhancement programs.

Pooja also has prior experience across multiple roles in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search. She has serviced clients across sectors such as BFSI, BPO, Industrial & Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, FMCG and Media.
