Peyton Marcus advises financial services companies on executive search and leadership advisory engagements across a range of sectors and functions. Based in New York, he works with clients across consumer and commercial banking, insurance, fintech, asset and wealth management, and other financial services sectors, with particular depth in Customer Activation & Growth and Legal, Risk & Compliance.
Peyton has led engagements across a broad range of functions, including audit, risk, compliance, marketing, technology, customer experience, payments, treasury, finance, and data and analytics. He brings a strong understanding of the financial services talent landscape and partners with clients to identify and assess senior leaders who can navigate evolving customer expectations, regulatory complexity, and continued industry transformation.
Prior to becoming a leadership advisor, Peyton was a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ research function, where he supported C-suite and senior executive searches across financial services. Earlier in his career, he worked in insurance and wealth management.
