Nick Roberts

Nick Roberts is a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Officers Practice and leads CFO and senior financial officer searches across industry with a specialization in healthcare and technology.

Many of Nick’s recent clients include pre-IPO and sponsor-backed companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies. His broader industry experience includes consumer, media and entertainment, real estate, and financial services.

Based in San Francisco, Nick is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity Practice. In this capacity, Nick has completed a number of senior investor hires, including Partner, Principal, and Director-level searches.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, Nick began his career as an Analyst with Bank of America Securities in San Francisco. He later served as a Vice President with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City.
