Nicholas Engellau

Nicholas specializes in identifying, assessing, and recruiting senior executives across industries and functions. Based in Stockholm, he has extensive experience working with listed companies, private equity-owned portfolio organizations, and family-owned businesses.

Nicholas' recent client experience includes recruiting chief executive officers, chief financial officers, chief people officers, chief marketing officers, chief commercial officers, communication directors, and e-commerce directors, among other senior executives. Nicholas has also advised several companies on the appointment of board members.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Nicholas worked at H&M. Before that, he was at the Swedish progressive luxury company Acne Studios, based in Stockholm and New York, where he focused on customer experience and e-commerce strategies.
