Nicholas Anderson works with clients on their most complex leadership development and assessment efforts. Based in Hong Kong, Nicholas is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ global Leadership & Succession Sector. Nicholas has almost two decades of experience in C-suite team assessment, including four years running his own consultancy. He is an expert in 1:1 executive coaching and assessment and brings significant experience in leadership development and succession planning. Nicholas leverages business psychology best practices as well as broader theories on adult learning and development to solve leadership challenges and personality conflicts.
Nicholas received his BSc in psychology and sociology from the University of Bath, his MSc in organizational psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, his MA in coaching and mentoring practice from Oxford Brookes University and his Master of Counseling from Monash University. He is currently a PhD candidate at Oxford Brookes University for coaching.
