Netila Demneri

Netila Demneri works closely with clients across the Financial Services Sector to find dynamic leaders. Based jointly in Toronto and New York, Netila works with clients in the asset and wealth management, banking, capital markets, and insurance industries to find leaders with functional skills in technology, finance, legal, compliance and marketing. She serves works as part of the Financial Services and Corporate Officers Sectors at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Prior to joining us in 2014, Netila worked for a North American search firm focused on financial services, technology and consumer searchers. Prior to her career in search, Netila worked for the Canadian Government as an operations supervisor in the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.
