Netila Demneri

Based jointly in Toronto and New York, Netila Demneri is a member of the firm's Investment Management Practice and broader Financial Services Sector. She works on a range of investment leadership roles for global asset and wealth management firms, private equity firms, real estate companies, capital markets platforms, and insurance companies. Netila also specializes in functional areas, such as finance, risk, and legal and compliance. Additionally, she leads the operations of the Toronto office.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Netila worked for a North American retained search firm focusing on the financial services sector. Prior to her career in search, Netila worked for the Government of Canada, where she served as an Operations Supervisor in the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.
