Nate Haines

Nate Haines is a senior member of Russell Reynolds’ Healthcare and Technology practices. He is a trusted strategic advisor who specializes in executive search. Nate’s healthcare clients include integrated delivery systems, multi-site providers, academic medical centers, payer organizations, and medical device companies. He has significant experience working for private equity, top global consulting firms, and has clients that range from start-up to Fortune 100 companies. Nate is also a member of the Russell Reynolds Board and CEO Advisory Partners group and co-leads Russell Reynolds office in Minneapolis-St. Paul.   Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Nate spent 15 years as a management consultant working with leading health systems and academic medical centers. His career started at Arthur Andersen before joining Huron Consulting Group as one of its founding employees. At Huron, Nate held multiple roles with increasing responsibility and was promoted from Analyst to Managing Director (partner) in 11 years. He served as a leader for his business unit’s cultural advisory and performance review committees and was a development program facilitator for high-potential employees.

Nate received a BBA in finance from the University of Iowa, where he was a Hancher-Finkbine nominee. He received an MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Nate is a member of American Cancer Society’s Minneapolis-Saint Paul chapter of CEOs Against Cancer. He has presented at dozens of industry conferences and has written articles which have appeared in publications such as the Harvard Business Review.
